Large bulk jobs as well as temporary dumpsters may also be scheduled through the office. Yard waste, construction debris, and any other odd job should be scheduled though our office.

  • What time is my pickup? Pickup times are anytime on your pickup day. We try to maintain the same schedule each week, but these times may fluctuate for various reasons. Therefore, all customers need to have their pickups out by the curb by 7:00 AM. We cannot go back for late put-outs.

  • How do I sign up for service? If you live in Auburn, Grafton,  Millville, Paxton or Southbridge, or Sterling please sign up through your Town Hall - service is included in your town services. All other towns on our Residential Service Town Listing need to contact our office for sign up - refer to our  Home page.

  • How does a holiday affect my pickup? There are several holidays throughout the year that may change your scheduled pickup day for that week. Please check the Calendar and holiday changes in this site.
